LEWD CONDUCT - 647 (A)-
The law prohibits touching of gentiles, buttocks or female breasts or asking another to do so in a public place, with intent to sexually stimulate self or another person, when there are people near by who may be offended by the conduct.
(In plain language, a couple making out in a public place, or an individual within an adult arcade or a public park who is touching himself may be found to violate this rule of law)
