Can You Help With Bail?
Yes, by arguing in court for pretrial release on “your own recognizance” and requesting bail reduction, and out of court by referring you to one of several tried and true bail bond agencies which over the years had earned a good reputation with us for fast bond–outs at a fair cost.
*Please note that this price is subject to change without prior notice.

Can You "Clear" My Criminal Record or End Probation Early?
California law allows individuals who were convicted of most misdemeanors, or felonies on which no prison time was imposed, to petition the court to “expunge” their criminal record. [P.C. § 1203.4 and 1203.4a] After conviction, some misdemeanors may be reduced to infractions and some felonies may be reduced to misdemeanors. If you are still on probation, then the probation can be “cut” after half of the probationary term is served. Those who were arrested but not formally charged in court, or those who were charged but their criminal case dismissed are provided with an opportunity to “seal and destroy” their arrest record. [P.C. §851.8 et seq. ] Other forms of legal relief from criminal convictions are also available. For example, attorney Larry P. Adamsky, Esq., had petitioned President Clinton to grant his client a Presidential Pardon, and in March of 2000 the President of the United States granted our client Presidential Clemency. This very well may have been the only clemency granted without a bribe.
